reno project update

“Our Reno project is off and racing. We had a sub group meeting last week and there is SOOO much going on and sooo much energy!

Well now we settled on our property in Ballarat!  Yay! We are off and running. I did promise to let you all know!

There is soooo much rubbish to clean up and more hurdles to jump to get through this. There were some last minute issues with soooo much rubbish being left on the site. I would be keen to hear what others think about whether this is classed as “vacant possession” or not?

Our solicitor thought it would be too much trouble to get the vendor to remove it.

I am curious if anyone knows a good legal person. I do have one now who will be speaking to Women in Property in August! I cant wait.
